| The paint is faded, the exterior wall around the front slide has failed from water damage and has pulled away from the frame. The wall, ceiling and inner floor structure around the front slide is water damaged. The carpet is damaged around the base of the couch. The tires are cracked with 50% tread. Will not pass Texas inspection due to the tire condition. See pictures for more detail. |
