Tire Condition: Worn / 25% tread.

Exterior: Paint is cracking and chipped. Hail dings and small dents. Small patch in center of roof. Missing outside hot water heater access door. See pictures for specifics.

Interior: Screen door plastic broken. Some water damage in center of ceiling and above fridge. Stove fan has a small dent.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Generator missing.
