Exterior: Scrapes across left side of deck and fuel tank. Plastic discharge chute is a bent.

Mechanical: Starts and runs but undrivable as the rear wheels don't move. Unit must also be jumped from the engines starter to run. Control lever appears to be loose/faulty which could cause the issue with the rear wheel not moving. Right handle feels jammed and won't function.
