Exterior: Missing tail light cover on right side and a vent cover. Bathroom entry door screen is torn out. Areas of excessive caulking around seams.
Interior: Lower bunk is missing. Water stains on walls in bunk room rear corner and both right and left walls in master bedroom as pictured. Missing and detached trim in living room. Various blemishes in woodwork and trim. Furniture and flooring have been removed from the slide-out. Water stains in front slide-out corner. See photos for details.

Other: No keys. Power tongue jack has been disassembled and does not operate.
