Tire Condition: Good / 25% tread.
Exterior: The generator compartment door is rotted. The rear bumper is dented/twisted and has a broken weld. Rear right trim has been torn off and the entry steps are broken (off hinges). The main panel, under belly pan, and slideout seal are hanging/loose. Missing windows on both sides.
Interior: Poorly repainted, wires hanging, doors have been removed, and a hole in the left corner. Missing/disassembled furniture, fixtures, appliances, carpets, window screens, and cabinets. The front bathroom sink cabinet has been cut (sink sitting inside). Missing unidentified plumbing components. The kitchen slideout flooring is soft (fall through). See pictures for condition and damages. Previous pet(s). Foul pet odor. Stained and water-damaged.
Mechanical: The landing gear switch and water heater are missing. Missing unidentified electrical and plumbing components. No keys or battery. Generator does not run.
