Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: The entry door steps are bent/damaged, the screen door is damaged, delamination in the rear, and the ladder is broken/pulled free from the roof. Soft spots on the roof near the ladder and down the left side above the slide-out. All windows have been taped/leak and screens are damaged. Various holes have been drilled through the walls as shown. The vapor barrier is damaged underneath, the awning is torn, and the left tail light is missing.
Interior: Large soft spot on the right side of the bed and the floor is rotted on the front right slide-out. Damaged cabinets, missing cabinet doors, and holes in the vinyl flooring. The roof is rotted on the front right slide-out and the lower corners of the larger slide-out trim are damaged. Broken window latches, adhesive hooks in various locations, stains in the carpets/furniture, an a/c access cover is missing. Water damage, previous pet(s), and nicotine odor/stains. See pictures for condition.
Mechanical: No keys or battery. Unit has a poorly installed aftermarket water cooling system. |
