Description: 2016 Heartland Landmark 365 Newport featuring three slide-outs, rear living room, island kitchen, bath & 1/2, washer and dryer, and upstairs king master suite.
Exterior: The roof membrane is weathered, ripped, and bubbled on the edges. Rubber seal above the awning slipped out of the track and is hanging down. A couple areas of delamination (see photos). Small dents in front left skirting and various scratches. Both rear sides are damaged, scraped, and dented. See photos for details.

Interior: Stains in carpet. Upholstery on couch is cracked and peeling. Missing some furniture.

Mechanical (updated): The kitchen slide is pushed out of alignment and will not extend due to damages. The remaining slides will not retract and are currently stuck in the extended position.

Tire Condition: 75%

Other: No keys.
