Description: 2014 Jayco Jay Feather Ultra Lite X23B equipped with a fiberglass exterior, one slideout, bed, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: The roof is warped/soft in the front and patched in the left rear. The front storage compartment is water damaged. Delamination in the front top and in the lower rear. Screen door plexiglass is cracked. The awning is torn/taped. The front pop-out is taped. See pictures for details.

Interior: The wall around the left slide-out and the ceiling in the storage space above the bed are soft. Bathroom floor is soft and the skylight appears to have had a prior leak repair. Mildew stains in the canvas material.

Mechanical: The electric tongue jack is damaged. The battery and propane tanks are missing.
