Description: 2005 Keystone Montana Mountaineer 328RLS equipped with three slide-outs, rear living room and kitchen, walk-thru bath, and front queen master bed.
Exterior: Rear left awning above slide out torn. Rear left skirting dented/scratched. Exterior faded and decals peeling. Rear delaminated. Rear right scratched on top. Hole in entry door. Right arm for awning is loose. Soft areas of roof.

Interior: Damaged due to rodents. Strong rodent feces odor as well as mold/mildew odor throughout. Previous smokers. Carpet and ceiling stained.
