Details: Refrigerator fire which resulted in smoke, fire, and water damage.

Exterior: Plywood covering damaged area on roof and broken windows. Scratches/dings/dents and cracks. Appears to have delamination. Sun faded/weathered. Damage to entry door. See pictures for details.

Interior: Fire damage to refrigerator cabinet. Missing furniture. See photos.

Mechanical: Runs and drives. ATC/ABS lights are on in dash cluster. Rear slide-out does not operate. Battery needs to be charged/replaced.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
