Description: Total Loss Watercraft. This is a 1971 Sea Rover 36’ Houseboat powered by twin inboard Dodge 440ci engines. Features include a kitchen, bathroom, upper deck and living quarters. The kitchen includes a stainless sink, microwave and refrigerator mount. In the bathroom are a sink, mirror, shower and plumbing for a toilet. This can be seen offsite at Marine Emporium, 5993 Bethel Island Road, Bethel Island, CA 94511. Phone – (925) 684-2330.

This had sunk while docking. The engines have been taken apart and are in pieces and do not run. All electrical components are water damaged. The interior is dirty and the exterior is faded. This would make a great restoration.
