| Battery and tires (215/85R16) need to be replaced. The exterior is faded and the graphics are peeling. The siding is delaminating around the entire large slide out and on the bottom right corner of the unit. Interior carpet is worn and stained, the wall above the living room slide out seems to have moisture in it, the antenna crank handle is missing, and there was evidence of rodents (unsure if they are still present). The propane leak detector has been disconnected and the trailer brakes wiring has been tampered with. See pictures for further details. |
