| Battery, plug in end of 120V power cord, outside speaker covers, awning, microwave, and window shades are all missing. Tires (ST225/75R15) are worn with 25% tread. Vent cap on the roof for the plumbing is broken, mating strip where the nose meets the roof is lifted (needs to be resealed), upper part of the nose is dented, Slide out seal is torn, entry steps are broken, and the graphics/paint peeling and faded. The floor is soft an various places, interior smells of pet urine and smoke, carpets are stained, vinyl floor is peeling up, floor vents are broken, and the furniture is showing wear and tear.
