Tires are cracked with 25% tread. One coach battery is missing and the other could use a charge or replacement. The windshield is scratched, the slide out cover has a few small tears, the plastic grab handle is cracking, the front 2 storage compartments on the driver's side arms are weak, and the exterior has typical pitting/dings/scratches. The dash is cracked, driver's seat arm rest and back cushion are torn, the interior shows wear on the upholstery and carpets, and the screen in the ceiling vent in the cargo area is torn. The floor feels soft and creaks in front of the shower. Cargo area show signs of usage (scuffs/stains). The slide out may need to be lubricated as it was a little hard to open.
