Description: 2008 Sandpiper By Forest River 38' 315BHT 5th Wheel travel trailer. Features 3 slide outs, built-in seating in the dining area and a large awning. Good tires and have about 50% tread. Interior is in pretty good shape for the age.

Battery needs a charge or replacement. Decals are showing signs of sun fading/peeling. Small dents/scratches on exterior consistent with use and age. Carpet has a few stains and shows some wear around the slide outs. Tile flooring is cracked in master bedroom by the sink. Switch in the camper for slide out does not work, but there is a switch on the pump that works fine. Could not get the electric landing control to work. See pictures for further details.
