Description: Bank Repo Sailboat. This is a 1976 Cabo Rico Triburon Ketch 36’ sailboat equipped with a 1999 Yanmar diesel engine. This needs some work and would be a great project boat for someone with the time and the know how to revive a classic sailing rig. It has rigging for self furling jib and stay sails (not included). All the railings, masts and hull are intact. ***Sales contact for the sailboat is through our Cannon falls, MN location. The actual location of the sail boat is at the Titusville Municipal Marina @ 451 Marina Way Titusville, FL. 32796. ***

Several points of exterior need touching up. Wood trim will need sanding and polyurethane and hull could use a fresh paint job. Inside needs a deep cleaning and wood work will need to be reconditioned. There is evidence of possible water intrusion and some of the cabinetry is showing signs of deterioration. Batteries will need to be replaced and at the current time there is no active electrical on rig.
