There are a few scratches and scuffs on the exterior. The top of the front cap by the roof is cracking. The batteries will need to be charged/replaced. The water pump does not operate. The hot water bypass valve is broken and will not completely close. We winterized the cold water system, but could only drain the hot water side. The seal around the bathroom skylight is weathered/cracked. The ceiling above the shower and the hallway by the shower is soft/water damaged. The wood trim next to those panels is water damaged. The generator starts and runs with 327.5 hours.
