| The battery is missing. The caulking is cracked on the roof. There is water damage to the wall under the window above the cab in the overhang (wall is soft). There is water damage to ceiling inside of cabinets above the booth (soft and sagging). The access panel behind the toilet is missing. The awning bracket is pushed through the siding up front and the storage door frame is damaged and bent. The front clearance lights are missing. The fiberglass siding is torn and glued on the right side up front. Per seller, the check engine light comes on only when the unit has been sitting a while, but then it will go off after driving it a while. This unit has been stored inside. The roof A/C unit is brand new and the roll out awning is new. The toilet has been upgraded and never used. The tires are like new. |
