According to the seller, this unit has all new tires, brakes and two new batteries!

Estimated Repairs: Some exterior paint is peeling. Carpet has staining. Counter top has a couple small ring stains. Right side by rear awning pole appears to have been repainted. Exterior has small dings throughout. Water leaks at the front window and created a water stain and cracked/discolored the trim. It appears a tear was repaired and painted at the front right side above the storage cabinet.
