Exterior: Some delamination in fiberglass exterior in front of slide. Scuffs on slide-out. Awning doesn't fully retract.

Interior: Mild cigarette odor and smoke discoloration to walls and ceiling. Rear left corner near slide-out is soft and water damaged. The bathroom floor is also soft.
