Description: This is a Brand New, Never Owned “First Ice” 14ft Fish House featuring 4 bunks (the upper bunks fold upward allowing the lower bunk to serve as a bench), propane furnace with thermostat, propane 2-burner stove top, 6 fishing access holes, both AC and DC outlets, and a Winegard hide-a-way TV antenna. This is ready for the lake! This is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.

The interior carpet may have slight stains and the tail lights are cracked. Propane tanks are not included.
