Serpentine belt is heavily cracked. The ignition is worn, have to jiggle the key to get it to turn. The engine shakes, has a miss. On test drive it struggled to get up to speed and revved out before up-shifting. The vehicle drives well but runs poorly. The tires appear to be almost new.
